Description

Pico Caroche rises to 1,126 meters of altitude and the impressive views allow you to see various valleys and the sea on clear days. It is the highest point of the area where you can see a big valley and different mountain ranges. A good place to see many raptors that depend on forest or rocky areas. Birds you can see here are Bonelli's Eagle, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Golden Eagle and Eagle Owl.

Access

You can access the top from two places: Bicorp village (forest way) or Teresa de Cofrentes village (mountanious way).

If you go from Teresa de Cofrentes, take N-330 direction Requena until this village, then take VV-3047 (asphalted way) during 10 km and turn right for the track , then drive 8 km and turn right until the cross, drive 1,5 km until you see the forestry guardhouse, you have arrived to the top.
