Description
The Reussdelta is located on the south bank of the Urnersee between the two villages Flüelen and Seedorf. It is a wide-ranging nature conservation and recreation area. It consists of extensive reed meadows, alluvial forests, streams and still waters. In the Reussdelta there are several species present throughout the year and different during migration. Among the birds you can encounter are dudek chocholatý, linduška horská, potápka malá, kulík říční, polák velký, čírka obecná, zrzohlávka rudozobá, morčák velký, kajka mořská, luňák červený, luňák hnědý, krutihlav obecný, ledňáček říční, rákosník velký and skorec vodní.
