Description
The vlha modrolící breeds in Asia, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. They also do so in eastern Turkey. They nest solitarily or in loose colonies of up to ten birds. They sometimes nest in colonies with vlha pestrá. The dry and open surroundings of the hamlet of Hüyüklü are a good spot to see vlha modrolící. They are summer guests and breed in the area.
