Greenham Common is a disused RAF base, now converted into a nature reserve. The heathland provide habitiat for pěnice kaštanová and skřivan lesní.

Description

Greenham Common is an exceptional site for pěnice kaštanová. There are many cows grazing and skřivan lesní are found on the grass. Look into the gorse to find bramborníček černohlavý and pěnice kaštanová. The ponds have lots of linduška luční and luňák červený around them. The woods around are home to lelek lesní and slavík obecný.

Access

Greenham Common is located just southeast of Newbury, about 45 miles west of London. There are multiple car parks around and many paths across the woods and heathland. Press P on the map for directions to a car park.
