Description
Pegwell Bay is considered a nature reserve of international importance as it is home to a range of seashore birds and wildlife found nowhere else in East Kent. Lots of rare and common birds including: moták pochop, volavka stříbřitá, kolpík bílý, strnad rákosní, konopka obecná, jespák obecný, husice liščí, orebice rudá, tenkozobec opačný, hvízdák eurasijský. And occasionally dudek chocholatý and ťuhýk šedý.

Access
You can park in the car park (click on the P in the map to go there directly) where there is also a cafe and toilets and the best way to explore the area is by foot. There is a bird hide, which is accessible for disabled visitors.
