Description
The Club Asteria Belek is a hotel located on the southwestern coast of Turkey. It's surrounded by lots of green landscapes, being mainly golf courses and a river, which makes it a perfect environment for nice birding when in the area. A beautiful bird found in the area, and even the symbol of the Belek region, is the Slørugle. Common species found around the resort are Hærfugl, Levant-bulbul, Turteldue, Masketornskade and Stenpikker. During migration, anything can turn up here. On the beaches, you have a chance of seeing Middelhavs-sølvmåge, waders and typical shorebirds.
