Description
Allhallows Marshes cover 98 hectares of land consisting of grazing marsh with water courses, ditches, fields, dykes and hedgerows. The brackish, grazing marshes attract many birds. Wading birds like Rødben, Strandskade, Lille Kobbersneppe, Stor Kobbersneppe, Storspove, Småspove, Klyde and Brushane. But also many other birds like geese, ducks and gulls. Also Mosehornugle and Rørhøg, Stor Præstekrave, Sølvhejre and Gøg can be seen. Others seen from time to time are Rødrygget Tornskade and Ringdrossel on passage. Sort Ibis is a current visitor.
