From the Bjergand to the snowy white Hvidvinget Måge, the birds that can turn up at Hollowell Reservoir provide hours of birding. Other bird species you might spot include Thorshane, Almindelig Ryle, Stor Præstekrave as well as Gul Vipstjert, Stenpikker, Vestlig Sortstrubet Bynkefugl and Skærpiber. And, if you are lucky, you may even spot Fiskeørn and Lærkefalk that regularly pay a visit. Access to Hollowell Reservoir Nature Reserve is available for permit holders only.
