Description
Livermere Lake is a stocked fishing and shooting lake 6 miles north of Bury St Edmunds. The lake is mud-fringed, open and productive for waders, gulls, ducks, etc. Among the birds you can expect are Gravand, Skeand, Taffeland, Troldand, Lille Lappedykker, Strandskade, Vibe, Rødben, Rød Glente, Sanglærke, Rørspurv, Tornsanger, Gærdesanger, Sildemåge, Svartbag and Rødhøne.

Livermere Lake is located 6 miles north of Bury St Edmunds. You can park in the village of Great Livermere and explore the area on foot from there.
