Beschreibung
Olive Pink Botanic Gardens is a 16-hectare botanic garden in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia, specialising in plants native to the arid central Australian region.
The Gardens are a great first place to visit in Alice Springs. The site are famous for their Western Bowerbirds which have impressive bowers located in the gardens right near the car park.
Other species that can be observed here include Grey-headed Honeyeater, Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater, Red-browed Pardalote, Grey-crowned Babbler and occasionally Red-backed Kingfisher.

Zugang
The Gardens are located just east of central Alice Springs. The entrance road is accessed just off Tuncks Road. Press P on the map to access Google mapping. Admission is free, open hours: 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm.
