Abbey Park is located along the river Misbourne, an important chalk stream. A number of birds seen at rivers can be seen such as Gebirgsstelze and large groups of Rauchschwalbe. Also good chance on Rotmilan. The range of fauna is often dependent on the flow of the river which can be highly variable over the years.
