The Beuerbacher See is a small scenic lake surrounded by forest located between three villages in the municipality of Hünstetten. With a bit of luck, especially in January, you might spot (Ευρωπαϊκή) Αλκυόνη. Other birds that can be found around the lake and the adjacent mixed forest include common birds like Σταχτοτσικνιάς, Πρασινοκέφαλη Πάπια, Φοινικόσιηνα, Μαυροκέφαλη Πάπια, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Κορμοράνος, (Κοινή) Γερακίνα, Λευκοσουσουράδα, (Κοινός) Θαμνοψάλτης, (Κοινός) Σπίνος, Πευκοδρυοκολάπτης, Δεντροτσοπανάκος, (Κοινός) Κότσυφας, (Κοινή) Καρακάξα, Κοκκινολαίμης, Γαλαζοπαπαδίτσα, and Καλόγερος. Less common birds you can observe include Καστανοπαπαδίτσα, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Κοκκοθραύστης, (Κοινός) Πύρρουλας, Μαύρος Δρυοκολάπτης, Χρυσοτσίχλονο, and Δεντροσπουργίτης.

Der Beuerbacher See is located just outside the village of Beuerbach. The lake is easily accessible by car. There are two small parking areas within walking distance of the lake. Press P on the map for directions to a parking area. The circular walk around the lake is less than 1 km.
