Description
The hike up to Cape Rauðinúpur takes about 30-45 minutes. Different species of Common Guillemot nest on the cliffs of Rauðinúpur and you can also see Northern Fulmar and Τριδάκτυλος Γλάρος here. On the rock is a large colony with over 250 breeding pairs of Σούλα (του Βορά).

Access
The cape is located on one of the northernmost points of Iceland. The bird rock of Cape Rauðinúpur can only be reached on foot after a 2 km hike (one way). Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking lot.
