Description
The walk along the beach North of El Cotillo is varying between rocky lava fields and small bays with white sand. Here (Κοινός) Λευκοτσικνιάς and Λευκοσκαλίδρα can be seen, but also Χαλικοκυλιστής and Θαλασσοσφυριχτής.
A bit further in inland (see map) is breeding ground for (Ευρωπαϊκή) Πετροτουρλίδα, along the road and path you can see Ερημοπύρρουλας, Καστανοτσιροβάκος, Berthelot's Pipit and Μικρογαλιάντρα της Ερήμου. In the area also Ασπροπάρης and Πετρίτης can be seen.
According to ebird Αρτέμης, Αρτέμης (diomedea) / Αρτέμης and Red-billed Tropicbird has been seen.
