Description
Lake Zürich (Zürichsee) is a big lake extending southeast of the city of Zürich. There are many points along the banks of the lake to check out the birdlife. Like this point in Horgen. Especially in winter more waterfowl can be seen on the lake, including Κοκκινοβουτηχτάρι and Ασημόγλαρος της Μεσογείου. Common birds to see are (Βουβός) Κύκνος, Σκουφοβουτηχτάρι, Σταχτοτσικνιάς, Καστανοκέφαλος Γλάρος and several species of ducks. (Ευρασιατικό) Φερεντίνι is breeding and wintering on the lake.
