Description
The fields near the village of Rodersdorf are very natural with many hedges and fallow areas in which Θαμνοτσιροβάκος, Αετομάχος, and Καστανολαίμης breed. Part of the area is a small nature reserve where Τσιχλοποταμίδα and other reed inhabitants can be found. Breeding at the church are (Ευρωπαϊκή) Κάργια. In autumn, many birds of prey such as Ψαραετός, Λιβαδόκιρκος, Καλαμόκιρκος, Χειμωνόκιρκος and (Ευρωπαϊκός) Σφηκιάρης pass through. In addition, Μαύρος Πελαργός move across the area every year. It is also one of the best Κιτρινοσουσουράδα spots in the region.
