Abbey Park is located along the river Misbourne, an important chalk stream. A number of birds seen at rivers can be seen such as Σταχτοσουσουράδα and large groups of σταβλοχελίδονο. Also good chance on Ψαλιδιάρης. The range of fauna is often dependent on the flow of the river which can be highly variable over the years.
