Description
The Skerries can be visited by charter boat. The Χιονογλάρονο colony varies from 2000 to 4000 pairs depending on Πετρίτης predation. Smaller numbers of Ποταμογλάρονο, Θυελλόγλαρος, Τριδάκτυλος Γλάρος, Γιγαντόγλαρος, Μελανόγλαρος, Atlantic Puffin and 1 or 2 pairs of Roseate Tern. Seals, common and Risso dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks to look out for. Skuas, auks, shearwaters, petrels, Σούλα (του Βορά) and seaducks may be passing.

You can charter a boat from Anglesey harbour, subject to weather and tide conditions. It is a 15 km by boat from Anglesey harbour (one way). Take protective clothing ie anorak with hood, as the terns will swoop and peck.
