In Wormwood Scrubs you will see an array of the usual urban UK species, such as Γαλαζοπαπαδίτσα, Καλόγερος, Αιγίθαλος, (Κοινή) Καρδερίνα, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Φλώρος, (Κοινός) Θαμνοψάλτης, (Κοινός) Κότσυφας, (Κοινή) Καρακάξα, etc. It is also the site of an enormous Πράσινος Παπαγάλος roost, as well as holding a large number of (Σταχτιά) Κουρούνα.
Winter will usually have Μαυρολαίμης and Λιβαδοκελάδα. Spring and summer will bring Μαυροσκούφης and usually both Θαμνοτσιροβάκος and Lesser Whitethroat. Migration often sees Σταχτοπετρόκλης and Καστανολαίμης. Scarcer passage migrants in 2021 included Χιονοκότσυφας, Θαμνοτριλιστής and (Κοινός) Φοινίκουρος.

There is a small carpark, but several tube stations are a few minutes walk away. The nearest to Wormwood Scrubs is the tube station of East Acton.
