Descripción
Eagle Gorge is an easily accessible gorge from Dedoplistsqaro. Buitre Leonado, Cigüeña Negra and Halcón Peregrino breed on the cliffs and can easily be seen from specific watchpoints along the routes. On warm days, Culebrera Europea and Águila calzada make regular appearances. In the forest down in the valley Oropéndola Europea and Mosquitero del Cáucaso can be heard in spring and summer.
The cliff walls are home to Trepador Rupestre Occidental, Roquero Solitario and Avión Roquero. Near the parking lot Escribano Cabecinegro, Escribano Hortelano and Curruca Gavilana are heard singing or can be seen on migration. In autumn, Grulla Damisela are sometimes seen migrating past the highest tops. Further along the path there is a breeding facility for wild Faisán Vulgar , so a true wild bird of this species has to be encountered somewhere else.
