Descripción
Reserva Natural Concertada Dehesa de Abajo is a very birdrich area with the marshes of the Guadalquivir, next to the mouth of the Guadiamar river and the doors of the Doñana Natural Area. Wet areas next to hilly dry terrain. Two bird observatories are located next to the lagoon (best light in the morning, in the afternoon, you have backlight). Among the many special birds you can see here are: Cerceta Pardilla, Perdiz Roja, Flamenco Común, Zampullín Cuellinegro, Cigüeña Negra, Pato Colorado, Grulla Común and Morito Común. Furthermore Cigüeña Blanca, Abejaruco Europeo and Milano Negro are abundant. Also Iberian lynxx is sometimes seen in the area.

Accesso
Dehesa de Abajo visitor center has a large parking area. Press P on the map for directions (Note that Google sometimes wants to direct you to unpaved roads, but stay on the main roads until you get to the entrance. Also a good restaurant. There is also a nice camper place at the visitor center. Many great walks and cycling routes on site. The main path leads to the two bird hides on the edge of the wetland. Another path leads to a less interesting viewpoint. The walking paths are poorly maintained, but still easy to walk.
In the immediate vicinity is also a bird park Canada de los Pajaros. From la Puebla del Rio follow the A8050, then SE3302. Go straight on at the 1st roundabout. Keep left at the next roundabout on the SE3302.
