The Botanic Park and its surroundings are a very good place for birding that is full of surprising bird species. Waterfowl, egrets, passerines and raptors are all possible groups to observe. Some of the birds you can expect are Zampullín Común, Zampullín Cuellinegro, Fumarel Cariblanco, Cetia Ruiseñor, Andarríos Chico, Garcilla Cangrejera, Martín Pescador Común, Picogordo Común, Black Vulture, Alimoche Común, Águila Imperial Oriental, Abubilla común, Abejaruco Europeo and Escribano Cabecinegro.
