Dunkovytsia-Horbok fishpond and it's surroundings are an interesting place for birdwatching and especially good for seeing waders. Among the waders that are regularly seen here are Chorlito Gris, Avefría Europea, Chorlitejo Grande, Chorlitejo Chico, Zarapito Real, Aguja Colinegra, Vuelvepiedras Común, Combatiente, Correlimos Falcinelo, Correlimos Común, Correlimos Menudo, Agachadiza común, Correlimos Zarapitínand Andarríos Bastardo. But als other birds like herons, gulls, terns, grebes and ducks are easy to see and nice birds like Espátula Común, Cigüeña Negra and Garza Imperial.
