Descripción
The brickworks only closed in the 1980’s and since then the buildings were cleared with just concrete foundations and a brick wharf giving any hint to the history of this site. Ruiseñor Común and Tórtola Europea can be heard, and a colony of Gaviota Cabecinegra are usually found nesting offshore on Fowley Island. Among the other birds you can encounter in the area are Curruca Zarcerilla, Barnacla Carinegra, Tarro Blanco, Cuco Común, Serreta Mediana, Avoceta Común, Ostrero Euroasiático, Chorlito Gris, Avefría Europea, Zarapito Real, Correlimos Común and Aguja Colinegra.
