Descripción
Derwent Reservoir is always good for wildfowl, especially for wintering ducks, geese and swans. Águila Pescadora nest locally in spring/summer. One of the owl boxes near the hide is often occupied by Lechuza Común in breeding season. Waders (Chorlitejo Chico, Chorlitejo Grande, Avefría Europea, Archibebe Común, Ostrero Euroasiático, Zarapito Real, Andarríos Chico) and woodland bird species (Pico Picapinos, Trepador Azul, Tit and Finch flocks) are also regular.
