Descripción
The area around Errwood Reservoir is a good site for many upland woodland species such as Papamoscas Cerrojillo, Colirrojo Real, Bisbita Arbóreo and Papamoscas Gris and the best time to visit is in spring when the birds are in song. Mosquitero Silbador is also present some years. Andarríos Chico, Chorlitejo Chico and Pato Mandarín can be found around the southern end of the reservoir itself and Lagópodo Común and Zarapito Real are common on the surrounding moors. Mirlo-acuático Europeo and Lavandera Cascadeña inhabit the stream to the south of the reservoir and several species of raptor can often be seen in flight over the valley.
