Descripción
Nunhead Cemetery has the largest woodland area near the centre of London. A Victorian burial ground since 1840 is now a nature reserve. The area has many mature trees, some open areas and many overgrown scrubland sections. There is a seasonal spring fed pond (press STAR on map) in Autumn/Winter/Spring where Ánade azulón, Cormorán Grande, Gaviota argéntea europea, Gaviota sombría and Garza Real are usual. Gavilán Común and Cárabo Común are regularly seen as well as commoner Passerines. PLEASE KEEP TO ALL PATHS ONSITE.
