Scottish Seabird Centre is located ideally for seawatching of nesting Frailecillo Atlántico on Craigleith Island, half a mile offshore, and Alcatraz Atlántico on the Bass Rock. Plus waders in autumn and seabirds in winter. Correlimos Oscuro, Vuelvepiedras Común, Alca Común, Arao Común, Mérgulo Atlántico, Colimbo Chico, Pato Havelda and skuas. Nearby, boat trips leave for the Bass Rock Alcatraz Atlántico colony and for seal and dolphin trips.
