Descripción
Spey Bay is situated on the mouth of the River Spey on the coast of the Moray Firth. Charrán Común and Charrán ártico breed in summer. Autumn sees large passage of waders, dispersing seabirds such as Frailecillo Atlántico, Arao Común, Alca Común, Cormorán Moñudo, Gaviota Tridáctila and Alcatraz Atlántico. In winter and early spring the bay is a sheltered spot for large numbers of sea ducks and divers, also Gaviota Groenlandesa and Gavión Hiperbóreo possible.

Accesso
Site is 8 miles east of Nairn, north of the A96 road. Car parking either side of the estuary, in Kingston or Spey Bay village. Click on a P in the map to get directions to that point.
