The Skerries can be visited by charter boat. The Charrán ártico colony varies from 2000 to 4000 pairs depending on Halcón Peregrino predation. Smaller numbers of Charrán Común, Gaviota Cana, Gaviota Tridáctila, Gavión Atlántico, Gaviota sombría, Frailecillo Atlántico and 1 or 2 pairs of Charrán Rosado. Seals, common and Risso dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks to look out for. Skuas, auks, shearwaters, petrels, Alcatraz Atlántico and seaducks may be passing.

You can charter a boat from Anglesey harbour, subject to weather and tide conditions. It is a 15 km by boat from Anglesey harbour (one way). Take protective clothing ie anorak with hood, as the terns will swoop and peck.
