Descripción

The Pier 26 area is a city pier turned into a park, filled with grassy areas and flower beds with native plants and small trees. Ticks are not present in the park, so you will not need to pack bug/tick repellent. In the winter, the area is reliable for Common Loon and Purple Sandpiper. In the summer months, nesting Northern Mockingbird are present. The migration brings many species to the pier, such as Yellow-rumped Warbler and Palm Warbler.
