Description
The grasslands and shallow pools of the Wauwilermoos are a habitat for numerous birds. The area is one of the largest töyhtöhyyppä breeding areas in Switzerland. Other birds you can spot are kiuru, pensassirkkalintu and sometimes Kurki. From an observation tower at a height of 7 meters there is a wonderful view of the nature reserve and the shallow waters.
