At Traeth Lafan during winter one can see meriharakka, kuovi, punajalkaviklo, suosirri and tundrakurmitsa in large numbers. Also pikkulokki, tukkakoskelo, silkkihaikara, suopöllö, ampuhaukka and muuttohaukka, niittykirvinen and luotokirvinen. Visit either side of high tide for best results (see link to the Tides table below).
