Description
The island Bozcaada (Tenedos) is mostly flat and full of vineyards and small agriculture fields. However, the shores are mostly untouched and preserve some small but rich micro-habitats. It is a great place to visit as a tourist but also gives a chance to observe various bird species at the same time. Perdrix choukar, Goéland d'Audouin and Pie-grièche écorcheur are some of the birds that you can encounter.

The island is only accessible via ferry from Geyikli (Çanakkale). You can explore the all island by car or cycling. It is mostly flat and gives a chance to cycle around, even to walk if you like it.
