RSPB managed nature reserve with wildlife-rich habitats of heathland, woodland, scrub, pine woods and ponds.
Broadwater Warren covers approximately 182 hectares of restored heathland and native woodland. Once a conifer plantation, the site has undergone significant restoration to revive its historic landscape of heathland and native woodland. It is now a vast area of woodland with heath, pines and ponds. Multiple paths and trails, including accessible trail. Sightings of Alouette lulu and Engoulevent d'Europe, Héron cendré, Martin-pêcheur d'Europe, Pic épeiche, Mésange noire, Mésange nonnette, Bec-croisé des sapins, Bruant jaune, and Warblers.
