Gravière Vogelau is a former gravel pit, now transformed into a landscape featuring ponds and wetlands. Many Veliki Vranac and Divlja Patka are seen throughout the year, often with Kanadska guska and some Siva Guska. In winter, Krunata Patka and Patka Kreketaljka are common, and sometimes Zviždara and even Patka Lastarka are also seen.

Gravière Vogelau is located 8 km north of Strasbourg. From Strasbourg, take the road heading north towards Schiltigheim. You can park along the streets. Press P on the map for directions to a parking spot. Best to explore the area on foot.
