Parc des Gayeulles is nice to visit if you're passing through or live in the area. The park's diverse habitats (meadows, pond, woodlands, etc.) allow a variety of birds to be observed. For example, you'll find Plavetna Sjenica, Velika Sjenica, Crnoglava sjenica, Crvendać, Kos and Dugorepa Sjenica. Four woodpeckers live in or pass through the park: Zelena žuna, Veliki Djetlić, Mali djetao and Crvenoglavi djetlić. As for waterfowl, Mali Gnjurac, Liska, Mlakuša and Siva Čaplja are present. There is also a resting place where you can see Riječni Galeb on one of the ponds.

Français: Parc public avec de grandes prairies et quelques étangs et boisements. Présence de Muharica en été et de Batokljun en hiver. Si vous passez / habitez dans le coin il peut être intéressant d'aller voir ce parc étonnamment grand pour un parc situé à l'intérieur de la ville. La diversité des habitats de ce parc (Prairies, étang, boisements...) permet au cortège d'oiseaux des jardins de le peupler aisément. Par exemple Plavetna Sjenica, Velika Sjenica, Crnoglava sjenica, Crvendać ou encore Kos et Dugorepa Sjenica. 4 pics peuplent ou sont de passage dans le parc Zelena žuna, Veliki Djetlić, Mali djetao et Crvenoglavi djetlić. Au niveau des oiseaux d'eau, Mali Gnjurac , Liska ou encore Mlakuša et Siva Čaplja sont de la partie. Il y a aussi un reposoir à Riječni Galeb sur l'un des étangs.

Parc des Gayeulles is located on the northeastern outskirts of the city of Rennes. Several parking lots are easily accessible around the park. Press a P on the map for directions to a parking spot. The park is also accessible by bus or metro. The park can be visited on foot or by bicycle, but not by car. The circular walking route shown on the map is about 4 km.
