Description
The Laguna degli Svassi wetland has a pond, reed beds and some scattered trees and bushes. The biotope is fairly small and can be enjoyed as a birding snack. There is a boardwalk with several hatches and a few hides. The area is dominated by Divlja Patka, Liska and Ćubasti Gnjurac. Other species that can be observed here are, among many others, Piljak, Lastavica, Crnokapa Grmuša, Talijanski vrabac, Žutarica, Trstenjak cvrkutić, and Svilorepa.

Laguna degli Svassi is located in the north of Lake Idro, near the village of Baitoni. The best way to get there is by car. You can park on the parking lot of Camping Miralago and from there go by foot. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. The walking route from the car park to the furthest bird hide is approximately 1 km.
