Description
Lake Zürich (Zürichsee) is a big lake extending southeast of the city of Zürich. There are many points along the banks of the lake to check out the birdlife. Like this point in Horgen. Especially in winter more waterfowl can be seen on the lake, including Riđogrli Gnjurac and Galeb klaukavac. Common birds to see are Crvenokljuni Labud, Ćubasti Gnjurac, Siva Čaplja, Riječni Galeb and several species of ducks. Patka Gogoljica is breeding and wintering on the lake.
