Description
Filey Dams consists of freshwater lagoons surrounded by marsh and grassland grazed with cattle. A good site for ducks and waders, especially on migration. In autumn passerines including Šarenokrili azijski zviždak can be seen. There are three bird hides overlooking the lagoons.

Access
There is a small carpark at the end of Wharfedale which comes off the A1039. There are 3 hides and a screen connected by paths and a boardwalk. The wetland is 1 km west from Filey rail station.
