The area around Llanarmon DC is predominantly consisting of managed upland moor and shooting estate with sheep farming. Wonderful landscape with peace and solitude in abundance. Great for seeing Crvena lunja and occasional sightings of Eja Strnjarica and Sokol Lastavičar. In early summer you can observe Kukavica ( usually heard rather than seen) and some Veliki Pozviždač pairs on the tops. Vodenkos along the local streams. Muharica nests locally.
