Description

Low lying water meadow subject to flooding. Urban location, can get crowded. It's a Country Park and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Wildflowers include trefoil, yarrow, arrowgrass, buttercups, water mint. Birds can include Čaplja Govedarica, Mala Bijela Čaplja, Žuta Pastirica, Oštrigar, Egipatska guska, Kržulja, sandpipers, Sokol Lastavičar, Sivi Sokol, Utva and Kulik Sljepčić.

Easy road access via M40/A43, or M4/A34. Free car park north of the area, paid car park on south side.
