Description
The Club Asteria Belek is a hotel located on the southwestern coast of Turkey. It's surrounded by lots of green landscapes, being mainly golf courses and a river, which makes it a perfect environment for nice birding when in the area. A beautiful bird found in the area, and even the symbol of the Belek region, is the Gyöngybagoly. Common species found around the resort are Búbos banka, pápaszemes bülbül, Vadgerle, Álarcos gébics and Hantmadár. During migration, anything can turn up here. On the beaches, you have a chance of seeing Sárgalábú sirály, waders and typical shorebirds.
