Description
You can drive around Lake Ladik easily. It is a nice place to do birding because there are forests, gardens, meadows, a lake, mud flats, reed beds, etc. During spring migration, you can see thousands of Füsti fecske and partifecske on the lake site. Rózsás gödény can be seen there, too. Cigányréce is another species highlighted here. Zöld küllo and Pásztorgém can be seen around the lake. Rétisas and Kárókatona, which also can be observed, are typical birds in such wetlands in Turkey.

Access
You can go explore the Lake Ladik area by car. It is close to the main roads. There is one main road passing through from southern part of the lake. It is possibe to drive around the lake site by village roads. Zoom in on the map and click on a P in the map for directions or coordinates.
