Description
RSPB The Oa is home to many important breeding and wintering birds, including Havasi varjú, Szirti sas, Kékes rétihéja, Vándorsólyom and occasionally Haris. During the winter months the reserve is very important for wintering Nagy lilik and in particular, sárgacsőrű kenderike. With The Oa reserve hosting likely the largest wintering flock in the UK. Szirti sas is present throughout the year, soaring above the cliffs and moors.
