Description
Le Pechey is a small volcanic lake and wetland. Local authorities have worked to expand and restore the site, adding ecological value. Sometimes waders can be spotted and the site has a viewing platform. I haven't yet observed any particularly rare species, but quite a few birds are present.

Access
Le Pechey is located just west of the village of Costaros. You can park on the edge of the lake. Press P on the map for directions. A circular walk around the wetland is about 1,5 km.
