Description
At the Sentier des Rogations viewpoint you can see many nests of Hvítstorkur. Every year a big group of storks come to nest in the trees. There are about thirty nests. Among the resident birds, pairs of Gráhegri and Mjallhegri can also be observed.

Français: Le Sentier des Rogations est un sentier en pleine nature, qui offre une vue magnifique sur les nids de cigognes et de hérons cendrés. Comme tous les ans,les cigognes viennent nicher depuis janvier/février sur les arbres ou les troncs hauts perchés, on y dénombre une trentaine de nids. Parmi les oiseaux sédentaires, les couples de hérons cendrés et de grandes aigrettes sont facilement pbservables à l'aide des jumelles.

The Sentier des Rogations is located in Garche. Access is very easy on foot, by bike and by car. You can park along the road near the viewpoint. Press P on the map for directions.
