Descrizione
Koppány Valley boasts a variety of habitats in a relatively small area: arable land, grassland, reed beds, wetlands, a stream, and trees. This makes it a diverse area, and this is reflected in the number of bird species that can be observed.

I live in this area so I have been able to spot a lot of birds. The Gru fly over our house every year both there and back. (About November, February). I saw Nibbio bianco once in our valley. A year later it turned out to be a first report in Hungary. I did not know yet that it was a special sighting. Gruccione have nest walls in two locations in the village. There are always several Cicogna bianca nests and it is a beautiful sight to see them walking together in the valley after the farmer has ploughed.
