If you are holidaying around here, there are several sites worth visiting, generally located around the mouths of small rivers. Locations ranging from Andora to the mouth of the river Centa in Albenga attract a lot of birds. The area is definitely worth a visit. Birds you can observe include Occhiocotto, Cannaiola, Forapaglie comune, Cavaliere d'Italia, Gabbiano comune, Gabbiano corallino, Usignolo di fiume, Garzetta, Airone guardabuoi, Verzellino. From the bridge in the centre of town, you can spot swifts, ducks, and gulls.
