Descrizione

Drumpellier Country Park offers a diverse mix of habitats, including woodlands, wetlands, open water, and grasslands, making it a fantastic birdwatching spot year-round. The park’s lochs and marshes attract Cigno reale, Tuffetto, Folaga and Moretta, while reedbeds provide a home for Forapaglie comune and Migliarino di palude in spring and summer. Svasso maggiore can often be seen performing their courtship displays.

Woodlands around the park are alive with Picchio rosso maggiore, Rampichino alpestre, and Codibugnolo. In winter, flocks of Tordo sassello and Cesena arrive, while the occasional Poiana or Sparviere can be spotted overhead.

With scenic trails and a variety of bird species, Drumpellier is a perfect spot for both beginners and experienced birdwatchers.
